Starling Photography Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Refund Eligibility:

Time Frame for Returns: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for their online print purchases.

Condition of Returns: Returned prints must be in the original condition and packaging. Damaged or altered prints are not eligible for returns.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Process for Returns and Refunds:

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact Jamie at [jamie@starlingphotogrpahy.com]. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Starling Photography is not liable for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Refund Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned print, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Approval and Processing of Refund: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within a certain number of days.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made prints are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect print, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence. I will arrange for a replacement and cover any necessary shipping costs.
