The scattered yellow leaves against the gray backdrop of the steps symbolize the fleeting nature of life, where each leaf could represent an individual soul's experience, a step on the path of existence. Just as the leaves fall and come to rest on the stairs, moments in our lives, brief and distinct, layer upon one another, creating the unique story of our being.
The stairs themselves can be seen as a metaphor for the spiritual ascension we seek, a structured pathway towards enlightenment or understanding. They rise, step by step, a visual representation of the gradual progression we make as we seek deeper truths. Each step is a foundation for the next, an ascent from the material to the spiritual, from the known to the unknown. The contrast between the concrete stairs and the delicate leaves speaks to the juxtaposition of the eternal against the ephemeral; the stairs stand firm and unchanging, while the leaves are transient, their bright color a fleeting burst against the enduring stone.
